To Set the Default Chart of Accounts

1.   From the Nominal Ledger window toolbar, click COA.

The Chart of Accounts window appears.

2.   From the Chart of Accounts window list box, select the layout you wish to set as the default.

3.   Click Current.

The name of the layout you selected appears automatically in the æCurrentÆ box.

Every time you run your financial reports, you can select another layout if you wish.

4.   To return to the Nominal Ledger window, click Close.
